More about this content:
Design Thinking is an iterative and non-linear process used by designers to solve problems and create desirable solutions for users. It involves 6 distinct phases: empathise, define, ideate, prototype, test and implement. Research is a continuous process throughout the design thinking process, conducted before the production, during the process, and after the product delivery. Storyboard prototypes are used to compare different solutions and to get feedback from users. After the product has reached the users, feedback is used to improve the product and ensure the empathy of the product.
