7 Types of Renewable Energy
By EcoMastery Project on youtube.com
More about this content:
This content is about seven types of renewable energy: solar, wind, hydroelectric, geothermal, ocean, hydrogen, and biomass. Solar energy is derived by capturing radiant energy from sunlight and converting it into heat, electricity, or hot water. Wind energy is captured by using turbines to convert wind flow into electricity. Hydroelectric power is generated by using water to operate a turbine. Geothermal energy is trapped beneath the earth's crust and can be used to operate a turbine. Ocean energy is created by using warm water surface temperatures or the ebbs and flows of the tides. Hydrogen needs to be combined with other elements to produce energy. Biomass is organic matter that comes from recently living plants and organisms and can be used to generate energy."
